The project entitled “Strengthening protection and resilience of vulnerable groups in COVID-19 emergency” under agreement T05-EUTF-NOA-LY-01.01(T05.62), includes the provision of health care services to improve services focused on COVID-19 cases diagnosis and clinical management of health as well as other co-morbid conditions. The required diagnostic services will be part of this activity to ensure that beneficiaries are provided with ancillary diagnostic services.

Option 1: in sealed envelope, includes technical & financial offer label as ITT07-001-TIP-2021_EUTF COVID placed into the tender-specific box located in International Medical Corps, Libya Country Office, Al Seyaheya, Behind Petroleum Institute, Tripoli against receipt and tender record of delivery in tender-specific log- book by bidder’s representative delivering the offer.

 Evaluation
